The platform requires sellers to complete the EPR compliance of the German Packaging Act, the French Packaging Act, and the French Textile Act, and renew the declaration normally the following year. If the product has a parent brand and a sub-brand, only the parent brand needs to be provided. For sellers without a brand, trademark registration must be carried out and comply with the provisions of other packaging laws. EPRs registered on other platforms can be shared.
