1.1. In order to regulate merchants' shipping behavior for ordinary stocking orders and optimize buyers' shopping experience, these "Rules for Shipping Ordinary Stocking Orders" (hereinafter referred to as "these Rules") are specially formulated.

1.2. For the avoidance of doubt, these rules apply to merchants' shipping behavior for ordinary stocking orders. Merchants should ship ordinary stocking orders in a timely, effective and full manner in accordance with the "Temu Merchant Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Merchant Service Agreement"), other Temu merchant rules and the provisions of these rules.

1.3. Unless otherwise specified, the terms used in these rules shall have the same meaning as in the Merchant Service Agreement.

1.4. These rules constitute an effective part of the Merchant Service Agreement. Matters not covered by these rules shall be subject to the provisions of the Merchant Service Agreement and/or other Temu merchant rules.
