The JD.com Story: An E-Commerce Phenomenon is a corporate history written by Li Zhigang and first published in 2015. The book is the only company biography authorized by JD.com and Liu Qiangdong. It took Li Zhigang a year to write after interviewing 258 relevant people, showing readers the success, failure and development process of JD.com in 12 years.
In March 2018, the English version of The JD.com Story: An E-Commerce Phenomenon won the silver award (corporate history field) of The Axiom Business Book Awards, a global business book award.
