2、设置装箱数是在点击发货的环节完成,过去是在发货台创建发货单的时候设置。

第一步:加入发货台
注意,加入发货台后需尽快【创建发货单】,否则超时自动移出。
1、加入发货台的订单就可以正常发货,这一步其实就是抢库容的概念,过去是在发货台点击创建发货单的时候抢库容,上个月的时候这个逻辑改动了,只要能加入发货台,就算是抢库容成功!
2、被移出发货台的订单,可能会因没有仓库容量无法发货。
第二步:创建发货单
【创建发货单】时确认好包裹与发货数即可,无需再填写发货方式及物流信息,调整完成后即可确认创建。
第三步:打印商品打包标签
发货前需【打印商品打包标签】,并粘贴到对应包裹上。当然这里的打包标签(即发货单)是没有物流信息的,需要卖家手动标记一下,但是也可以打印包含物流信息的打包标签,打印时请选择【先发货后打印】,待装箱发货后在【待仓库收货】菜单下打印,就会出来含有物流信息的标签。
第四步:点击发货
旧流程下创建的发货单,选择后请点击【批量发货】;新流程下创建的发货单,选择后请点击【批量装箱发货】并选择发货方式,装箱数及物流信息。
这一步完成后,就可以到“待仓库收货”页面重新打印带有物流信息的标签。这里建议大家尽量打印带有物流信息的标签,这样在交货给到物流公司的时候不容易出错!

Step 3: Print Product Packaging Label
Before shipping, you need to [Print Product Packaging Label] and paste it on the corresponding package. Of course, the packaging label (i.e. delivery order) here does not have logistics information, and the seller needs to mark it manually, but you can also print packaging labels containing logistics information. When printing, please select [Ship First and Print Later]. After the packaging and shipment, print under the [Waiting for Warehouse Receipt] menu, and a label containing logistics information will appear.
Step 4: Click Shipment
For the delivery order created under the old process, please click [Batch Shipment] after selecting; for the delivery order created under the new process, please click [Batch Packing and Shipping] after selecting and select the shipping method, number of packings and logistics information.
After completing this step, you can go to the "Waiting for Warehouse Receipt" page to reprint the label with logistics information.
