京东正式面试的流程一般分为四面:
第一面:直接领导面。比如如果我要招聘手下的员工,则第一面就是我来面试;如果是我手下的产品经理要招聘,则一面就是他来直接面。总之,一面的面试官基本就是你入职之后的直属领导。
第二面:交叉面。如果一面是我来面,感觉这个求职者还不错,或者担心考察不全面,这时候二面我会找跟我同级别的其他部门的业务负责人来一次交叉面。我们详细跟他说,哪些点我面试的时候没有重点察查,需要他深入考察一下;以及哪些点虽然我考察了,但是拿捏不准,需要他继续考察一下等等。
第三面:总监/VP面。交叉面结束之后,我俩会交流看法。如果都感觉应聘者还不错,会推到总监/VP面,也就是我的领导进行面试。总监/VP面对于简历内容会问的相对较少,更多的会聊宏观问题。
第四面:HR面。如果总监/VP感觉还不错,会推进到HR面,进行员工稳定性的考察,以及进入谈薪资的环节。
JD.com's formal interview process is generally divided into four rounds:
First round: Direct supervisor interview. For example, if I want to recruit employees under me, I will interview them in the first round; if my product manager wants to recruit, he will interview them directly in the first round. In short, the interviewer in the first round is basically your direct supervisor after joining the company.
Second round: Cross interview. If I interview the first round and feel that the job applicant is not bad, or I am worried that the investigation is not comprehensive, at this time I will find the business person in charge of other departments at the same level as me for a cross interview. We will tell him in detail which points I did not focus on during the interview and need him to investigate in depth; and which points I have investigated but am not sure about, and need him to continue to investigate, etc.
Third round: Director/VP interview. After the cross interview, we will exchange views. If we both feel that the applicant is not bad, we will push him to the director/VP interview, that is, my leader for the interview. The director/VP interview will ask relatively few questions about the content of the resume, and will talk more about macro issues.
Fourth interview: HR interview. If the director/VP feels good about the candidate, the interview will be moved to HR interview to investigate the employee's stability and start salary negotiation.
