京东到家是京东集团基于传统B2C业务模式向更高频次商品服务领域延伸发展出的全新商业模式,是京东2015年重点打造的O2O生活服务平台,是基于传统B2C模式向高频领域的重要提升。
它既基于京东物流体系和物流管理优势、同时在共享经济风行的推动下依托“互联网+”技术大力发展“众包物流”,整合各类O2O生活类目,向消费者提供生鲜及超市产品的配送,并基于LBS定位实现2小时内快速送达,打造生活服务一体化应用平台。沃尔玛、永辉超市、华润万家等超过10万家线下门店已入驻平台,涵盖超市便利、生鲜果蔬、医药健康、3C家电、鲜花绿植、蛋糕美食、服饰运动、家居建材、个护美妆等多个零售业态。截至2020年三季度,京东到家业务覆盖全国1200多个县区市。京东到家在中国本地零售商超O2O平台行业市场份额中位居第一。

As of the third quarter of 2020, JD.com's home delivery business covers more than 1,200 counties, districts and cities across the country.
