作为一个企业的面试主管也有一段时间了,下面我来分析一下下面的原因:
1、面试在同等条件最主要的就是气场问题,一定要有自己强大的自信才能带动面试官情绪。
2、 提早10分钟到面试现场。早到面试地点总比迟到好,但不建议提早半小时到达面试地点。提前半个小时并不说明你更积极主动,而是更说明你没有时间观念,面试官的时间安排很紧的,或者各个岗位的安排都很紧,就可能因为你的早到就能打断其他人工作,结果可想而知了;
3、避免和竞争对手同一天面试,许多人都喜欢约在周五下午,用人单位选择余地更多,除非你特别突出,不然尽量不要选择这个时间段;
As an interview supervisor for a company for some time, I will analyze the following reasons:
1. The most important thing in an interview is the aura. You must have strong self-confidence to drive the interviewer's emotions.
2. Arrive at the interview site 10 minutes early. It is better to arrive at the interview site early than late, but it is not recommended to arrive at the interview site half an hour early. Arriving half an hour early does not mean that you are more proactive, but rather that you have no sense of time. If the interviewer's schedule is very tight, or the schedules of various positions are very tight, your early arrival may interrupt other people's work, and the result can be imagined;
3. Avoid interviewing on the same day as your competitors. Many people like to schedule on Friday afternoons, and employers have more room to choose. Unless you are particularly outstanding, try not to choose this time period;
4. Interact politely with the receptionist. The front desk who receives you may have said a good word to the interviewer for you. During the interview, avoid looking down at your watch or swiping your phone. Anyway, I hate this situation. I don't know about other colleagues, but I met one. When I answered the phone for the second time, I directly said, "You are busy first!"
5. Some other small details, dress well, don't be weird, be neat and tidy, speak confidently, be passionate, but not too ostentatious.
