级别在t3以下的,绩效在B以上的,基本都可以升职加薪。t3以上,绩效好的,都会加薪,但不一定升职,T3以上属于高级别职称,升级较慢。T4是个瓶颈期。
10月份是只有部分人才会有,绩效超级好的,领导会约谈跟你沟通升职加薪的情况,至于涨幅是跟目前的级别和薪水有关的,如果现在的薪水在对应级别中较高的,加薪比例小些,反之高些。
