岗位要求

JD Logistics New Star Management Trainee Position - JD Logistics grassroots management human resources reserve project is a "seeding" type of strategic talent project.

Comprehensive operation management direction: reserve of single warehouse managers, central control management and other managers, assigned to warehousing, B2B, cold chain, large pieces, sorting, express, reverse and other operation departments;
Job requirements
1. Fresh graduates of 2022 (non-fresh graduates are not allowed to apply), bachelor degree or above, no major limit;
2. Love the logistics industry and are willing to work in the logistics industry for a long time;
3. Have excellent communication and coordination skills, outstanding problem-solving ability, good at teamwork, and can take the initiative to learn and innovate;

1. Develop production plans for assembly workshops, coordinate and arrange materials and production cycles.
2. Master factory information flow to ensure smooth implementation of production plans and on-time delivery of orders.
3. Develop production plans and organize implementation based on material availability, production capacity, and order delivery dates, and be responsible for on-time delivery rates.
4. Develop material distribution plans and issue work orders in the ERP system based on production plans.
