1丶店铺搜索

店铺搜索目前已经在进行测试了,店铺搜索的展现形式为:

入口引导:比如你搜“耐克”,系统就会展示“耐克官方旗舰店”;

店铺意图词:比如你搜索“七匹狼”,系统会认为你想搜“七匹狼旗舰店”;

店铺+产品意图词:比如你搜索“七匹狼 男装” 出现“七匹狼男装旗舰店”;

品牌词搜索结果页:多个店铺list排序规则;

文本相关性和类目相关性:相关性在任何一个搜索中的作用都是非常重要的;

店铺类型:自营,旗舰店,专营店。在京东,店铺搜索在排序的时候是根据店铺权重来的,而店铺类型也是有权重的。

店铺人气分,个性化,已关注的店铺排在最前面。店铺的人气越高,排序越靠前;系统根据买家的浏览习惯来推荐店铺;买家已经关注的店铺,只要有买家需要的产品一定会有优先展示。

信息质量:关键词字段信息,包括店铺标题,店铺logo,店铺主营类目,店铺品牌。店铺搜索已经开始,如果有运营让你提供店铺入口图,请马上让没工作好。因为这是一个新的流量入口,谁先做,谁就先尝到甜头。

2丶活动搜索

排序规则

文本相关性:搜索关键词活动名称,关键词丶活动描述内容,文本匹配程度(10分钟更新一次)。

时效&人气:时效怎样被系统索引到 时效指的活动必须是新的。排序时主要根据人气排序。人气指的是前几天的活动点击收藏转化数据会计入到系统,数据越好排序越靠前,活动如果只有一天或几小时就基本没有索引,也不能被搜索到。

召回规则:必须是高相关分类关键词,实行人工审核:但点击收藏转化还是可以人工操作的。

展示规则:普通的是以穿插的方式展示,如果搜的是比较精准的关键词,如篮球鞋促销,那展示的页面是高密度的展示。

3丶促销搜索

有一批商家已经开始测试了。目前京东运营和商家后台设置的促销都可以进入,618只有一些人能进,所以没有进主会场的商家要注意这个。比如你搜索连衣裙,会出现“连衣裙 促销” “ 连衣裙 打折 ”“ 连衣裙年中大促”等信息。搜索“连衣裙”在下拉框里有“连衣裙 五折”等提示信息,这些就是促销搜索。

目前京东还首页还没有这样的搜索,但是可以在淘宝天猫看一下,基本都是相似的。关键词模糊和精准表达促销意图时显示,下拉框促销标签导引。

Information quality: keyword field information, including store title, store logo, store main category, and store brand. The store search has begun. 2. Activity search

Sorting rules

Text relevance: search for keyword activity name, keyword, activity description content, text matching degree (updated every 10 minutes).

Timeliness & popularity: How timeliness is indexed by the system Timeliness refers to the fact that the activity must be new. Sorting is mainly based on popularity. Popularity refers to the fact that the conversion data of the activity click collection in the previous few days will be counted into the system. The better the data, the higher the ranking. If the activity is only one day or a few hours, it is basically not indexed and cannot be searched.

Recall rules: must be highly relevant category keywords, manual review is implemented: but click collection conversion can still be operated manually.

Display rules: generally, it is displayed in an interspersed manner. If the search is for more precise keywords, such as basketball shoe promotions, the displayed page is a high-density display.

3. Promotion search

A group of merchants have begun testing. At present, the promotions set by JD.com operations and merchants in the backend can be entered. Only some people can enter on June 18, so merchants who have not entered the main venue should pay attention to this. For example, if you search for dresses, information such as "Dress Promotion", "Dress Discount", and "Dress Mid-Year Promotion" will appear. Searching for "Dress" will have prompts such as "Dress 50% off" in the drop-down box. These are promotion searches.

Currently, there is no such search on the homepage of JD.com, but you can take a look at Taobao and Tmall, which are basically similar. When the keyword is vague and accurately expresses the promotion intention, it is displayed, and the drop-down box promotion label guides.
