一、采销:该职位是针对于京东自营而言的,其实应该叫“销售经理”,因为和“采购”这个职位有一些上下级关系,所以商家通俗的就叫成“采销”了,采销的主要职能:整体自营商家及店铺的管理、资源位分配(例如秒杀、闪购、平台活动等)、活动审核、活动提报、高广词审核、标题初审核、图片初审核、上架产品初审核、增加产品线(类目)、商家毛保谈判及后台录入等等。可以总结为说商家基本上所做的任何运营相关的动作,都要和采销对接及审核,而且我们上架运营过程中遇到的问题第一时间也是找采销沟通。
二、采购:该职位也是京东自营所独有的,主要负责仓库货品的管理,比如下采购单,监控并管理京东仓库的滞销商品,清退,内部调货,69码维护,开通厂直等等和货物及物流相关的工作,比如你们想入京东仓库货品,那么具体数量规格等问题,你需要和采购对接。不同部门不太一样,采购基本归采销管理,也会辅助采销做一些工作。
三、小二:该职位主要是针对POP店铺的,全称应该也叫“销售经理”,可能受淘系店铺的影响,大多数商家都叫成“小二”了。和自营稍微有些不同,主要是偏商家管理和整体运营,整体职责和自营的“采销”相同,但是POP店铺的小二不太管商家入仓的事情,POP商家想入京东仓需要单独和负责仓库的销售经理对接,签署合同,自己办理入仓。
四、质控:这个职位是从属于质控部门的,和采销小二不是一个部门,这个职位负责的内容很多,例如:图片合规性审核、库存周转审核、采购单合理性审核等等和京东规则相关的事项,都要通过这个部门审核通过后才能执行。
五、营销:该职位分两种,京东有个整体的营销部,负责整体的资源整合及分配。每个部门也有自己的营销岗位,主要对接营销部门和自己部门内部的采销或者小二,把营销部门分配下来的资源根据经理及运营人员需求合理分配,然后对活动数据进行跟进整理及分析。
六、物流部销售经理:这个POP店铺涉及的比较多,主要负责招商,合同拟定及后续仓储问题的解答。
七、技术:这个范围有些大,但是这个职位从运营侧对接的主要内容基本都是运行相关问题在设置过程中出现问题,找该部门解决,但是我们基本不会直接对接的,都是通过和采销或者小二反馈后,他们内部对接。
八、招商:这个职位只要是负责招更多的商家进行京东开设店铺,走合同流程,但是现在前台基本商家自己就能操作,他们的职能审核相对多一些,比如目前有些特殊的品类需要邀约制的,也就是说有名额限制的。
