一面:小组面试,非无领导小组讨论。大概有15个左右的问题,5分钟的时间选题以及进行回答。回答内容包含两部分,一部分是自我介绍,自我介绍要求回答秋招的意向岗位以及现有的offer情况。第二部分就是选题的回选题很简单,有类似宝洁八大问的问题,也有-些相对专业与物流相关的问题。我选的是与专业相关的问题。
二面: 14个人群面,6个面试官共用一个账号且未开摄像头
这个面试面的心累,都终面了采取这样的面试形式来节省时间。每个同学发言时间非常有限,也就最多三个问题左右。总共面了快两个小时,体验很差。
面试流程是三部分
先进行自我介绍,再由面试官对指定同学提问,最后是反问环节。
First round: Group interview, not leaderless group discussion. There are about 15 questions, and 5 minutes to choose the topic and answer. The answer content includes two parts, one is self-introduction, which requires answering the intended position of autumn recruitment and the current offer situation. The second part is the answer to the topic. The topic selection is very simple. There are questions similar to the eight questions of P&G, and some relatively professional and logistics-related questions. I chose questions related to my major.
Second round: 14 people in a group interview, 6 interviewers share one account and do not turn on the camera
This interview is very tiring, and finally this interview format is adopted to save time. Each student has very limited speaking time, which is about three questions at most. The total interview lasted almost two hours, and the experience was very poor.
The interview process is divided into three parts
First, introduce yourself, then the interviewer asks questions to the designated students, and finally there is a counter-questioning session.
