For customers in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, JD self-operated spot goods can generally be received within 24 hours after placing an order (the delivery time in suburban counties may be longer);

For customers in other regions, the delivery time will vary depending on your delivery address and the delivery method you choose. The general delivery time is 1-7 days (the delivery time in extremely remote areas may be longer). If the goods are in the reservation or in transit state, the time for the goods to be allocated should also be added.

Spot orders submitted before 11:00 am on the same day (before 10:00 am in some cities, including Deyang, Hangzhou, Lianyungang, Meishan, Mianyang, Xi'an, Zhangzhou, and Ziyang) will be delivered on the same day; spot orders submitted before 23:00 on the same day will be delivered before 15:00 the next day.

The "Extreme Speed" delivery service is a personalized paid value-added service provided to you. If you choose the "Extreme Speed" delivery service, you must successfully pay the full amount through the "Online Payment" method or successfully submit the order through the "Cash on Delivery" method, and check the "Extreme Speed" service. We will deliver the goods to the address you leave within 2 hours during the service time.

Beijing Accurate Delivery:

"Beijing Accurate Delivery" is a value-added service provided to you that allows you to choose a precise delivery time period. If you choose the "Beijing Accurate Delivery" delivery service, after you successfully pay the full amount through the "Online Payment" method or successfully submit the order through the "Cash on Delivery" method, the goods you choose that support the Jing Accurate Delivery service will be delivered to the order delivery address you provide within the delivery time period you specify.

Night delivery:

The "night delivery" service is a value-added service that is faster and more convenient for you. If you need door-to-door delivery service at night, please select the "19:00-22:00" time period in the calendar when placing an order. For products within the scope of the "night delivery" service, we will try our best to arrange for the delivery staff to deliver the goods to your door between 19:00 and 22:00 on the evening of the day you select.
