P4-P7:初级工程师——工程师——高级工程师——专家
目前应届生一般是P5开始,晋升由高两级的专业评委投票决定。
P6-高级工程师,就是干活主力,一般本科3年以上工作经验,研究生1-2年工作经验,当然也有少数优秀的应届研究生、博士。
P7-技术专家,干活主力,本科5-8年工作经验,研究生3-5年工作经验。这个在2015年前还算好进,但是随着时间的变化,P7成为了一个正常人的技术终点。
P8-高级专家,这个,内部晋升较难,所以P7跳槽的更多些。
P9-资深专家,他们一般带过大团队,对行业有影响力。
P10-研究院/科学家,行业上有一定知名度和影响力,或有多项优秀科研成果。一般人是真的很难达到这个水平了。
P11以上几乎都是天才水平,真正的天才。
