1.初创期(1998年至2006年)

1998年京东在中关村海外市场成立,主卖光磁产品,截止2001年底,京东已拥有中国60%的刻录机市场,2001年京东开始从批发转向零售。

2003年,受非典影响,京东开始尝试网络销售,并于2004年推出自营模式网站,至此京东转型线上进入电商领域。

2005年京东尝试做IT数码全品类,2006年底京东销售额达到8000万元。

2. 蓬勃发展期(2007年至2011年)

2007年,京东逐步推进IT产品的品类扩充,获得第一笔大额融资,开始搭建物流体系。京东在品类扩充和自建物流上持续发力。京东在2008年6月完成3C产品的品类扩充。

2009年京东继续扩大融资规模,同时在第一季度开始单独售卖上门服务。

2010年京东推出“211限时达”极速配送和上门取件服务,引领了网上零售行业新标准,并于年底正式运营开放平台。

2010年京东年销售额达102亿元,次年京东获得15亿美元融资,移动客户端上线,推出包裹跟踪系统,提高服务水平,增加“7×24小时客服电话”,正式进军B2C在线医药和奢侈品领域。京东全品类逐渐完善,逐步转型为综合型网络零售商。

3. 资本化战略布局期(2012年至2016年)

在此阶段,京东开始追求规模化、专业化,京东逐步通过收购、投资和战略合作扩大集团实力与影响力。

2012年京东提供在线客服服务,推出火车票订购、酒店预订等业务,6月京东关联公司获得国内首批快递经营许可证,获得3亿元的融资,收购网银在线,11月京东开放物流服务系统平台,正式布局开放物流服务和支付体系。

2013年10月,京东金融集团成立。

2014年3月,京东与腾讯形成战略合作伙伴关系。

2014年5月,京东赴美上市,股票代号为“JD”。

2016年,京东物流首次面向公众服务,提供第三方物流服务,同年,京东与国际零售巨头沃尔玛成为全球性战略合作伙伴。

4. 全面转型期(2017年至今)

2017年4月成立京东物流集团,同年6月,京东金融正式从京东集团中剥离,而后更名为京东数字科技集团。

2019年成立零售集团。在这期间,为了辅助京东的核心业务、给广大业务合作伙伴创造巨大的价值,京东凭借庞大的业务规模、完善的零售基础设施和先进的技术,开始提供全面的供应链服务,向第三方输出物流服务和技术解决方案。

In October 2013, JD Financial Group was established.

4. Comprehensive transformation period (2017 to present)

In April 2017, JD Logistics Group was established. In June of the same year, JD Finance was officially separated from JD.com Group and then renamed JD Digital Technology Group.

The retail group was established in 2019. During this period, in order to assist JD.com's core business and create huge value for its business partners, JD.com began to provide comprehensive supply chain services and export logistics services and technical solutions to third parties with its huge business scale, complete retail infrastructure and advanced technology.
