To turn off JD Express Payment in Weidian, you can follow the steps below:

First, log in to the Weidian merchant backend and enter the "Payment Settings" page.

Then, find the option of JD Express Payment and click the "Close" button.

Next, the system will prompt you to confirm the closing operation, click Confirm to complete the closing. After closing, customers will not be able to use JD Express Payment for payment. Please note that after closing JD Express Payment, you can still choose other payment methods for customers to use.
