JD Express can send parcels, but it cannot send personal items, because JD is only responsible for delivering items from JD Mall. JD Logistics and Distribution Services are mainly divided into four modes:

FBP mode: JD is solely responsible for purchasing and sales; LBP mode: Goods do not need to be stored in the warehouse. After the user places an order, the third-party seller will ship the goods to the JD sorting center, and JD will issue an invoice; SOPL mode: Goods do not need to be stored in the warehouse. After the user places an order, the third-party seller will ship the goods to the JD sorting center, but the merchant will issue an invoice; SOP mode: The merchant directly ships and invoices to consumers.
