3.客服外包服务:指服务商依托平台为商家提供客服外包服务。包括但不限于专席客服、售后客服、包月客服、活动客服、新店客服、按效果服务客服。

4.店铺诊断服务:指服务商针对商家要求为店铺经营情况提供分析意见。诊断服务包括但不限于视觉诊断(视觉定位、视觉引流)、流量诊断(京准通推广、SEO排名)、店铺规划、活动玩法(标品玩法、优惠活动)、店铺指标(京东好店、京东平台风向标)、仓储物流。

5.店铺协运营服务:指服务商基于商家的业务,协助商家完成店铺运营,并达到店铺销售目标。包括但不限于电商咨询、运营人才培养以及店铺操作指导。

6.店铺代运营服务:指店铺整体托管由服务商进行运营。服务商须为店铺提供店铺日常运营(商品更新与上下架管理、运营策略制定与完善)、营销推广(品牌推广、推广页面制作、促销活动策划及实施)、数据提取及分析、仓储物流(仓储服务、配送服务、系统支持)、客户服务(售前、售后、投诉处理、会员管理及营销)。除以上项外,其他服务可根据与商家的沟通选择性提供。

7.广告代投放服务:指服务商为平台商家提供的京准通投放服务。包括但不限于京东快车、品牌聚效、京挑客、京东直投、品牌展位、无线通。

4. Store diagnostic service: refers to the service provider providing analytical opinions on the store operation situation according to the merchant's requirements. Diagnostic services include but are not limited to visual diagnosis (visual positioning, visual drainage), traffic diagnosis (Jingzhuntong promotion, SEO ranking), store planning, activity gameplay (standard product gameplay, preferential activities), store indicators (Jingdong Good Store, Jingdong platform vane), warehousing and logistics.

5. Store operation assistance service: refers to the service provider assisting the merchant to complete the store operation and achieve the store sales target based on the merchant's business. Including but not limited to e-commerce consulting, operation talent training and store operation guidance.

6. Store operation service: refers to the overall hosting of the store by the service provider. The service provider must provide the store with daily store operations (product update and on-shelf management, operation strategy formulation and improvement), marketing promotion (brand promotion, promotion page production, promotion activity planning and implementation), data extraction and analysis, warehousing and logistics (warehousing services, distribution services, system support), customer service (pre-sales, after-sales, complaint handling, member management and marketing). In addition to the above items, other services can be selectively provided based on communication with the merchant.

7. Advertising agency service: refers to the Jingzhuntong advertising service provided by the service provider to the platform merchants. Including but not limited to Jingdong Express, Brand Juxiao, Jingtiaoke, Jingdong Direct Investment, Brand Booth, Wireless Communication.
