一、入驻需要基础资质
1、 注册资金50万以上,公司成立时间2年以上;
2、 公司为一般纳税人,可开具13%的增值税发票;
3、 能够提供5证--营业执照、税务登记证、组织机构代码证、开户银行许可证、增值税一般纳税人资格证/出版物经营许可证(图书供应商)及产品资质,如3C等;
4、 对销售品牌有商标注册证或完整授权。
二、京东自营开店费用
京东自营店铺实为供货商模式,就是商家厂家直接向京东商城的店铺供货,京东来负责销售,所以京东自营是没有年服务费和平台费之类的,只有一个保证金3-15万,具体保证金需要和京东采销来沟通。
简单来说就是商家直接把成品送的京东仓库和采购对接,京东给商家出具客服,物流,售前售后(觉得不行可以自己用自己的,)不是质量问题由京东承担费用,商家只需要出类目相对应的平台押金和扣点即可,在无其它费用!

2. JD self-operated store opening fee
JD self-operated store is actually a supplier model, that is, the merchant manufacturer directly supplies goods to the JD Mall store, and JD is responsible for sales, so JD self-operated has no annual service fee and platform fee, only a deposit of 30,000 to 150,000 yuan, and the specific deposit needs to be communicated with JD procurement and sales.
To put it simply, the merchant directly connects the JD warehouse to which the finished product is delivered with the purchasing department. JD provides the merchant with customer service, logistics, pre-sales and after-sales service (if you feel that it is not feasible, you can use your own service). If it is not a quality issue, the cost will be borne by JD. The merchant only needs to pay the platform deposit and deduction points corresponding to the category, and there is no other fee!
3. Settlement process
① Sign the online settlement agreement. After logging into the self-operated supplier settlement system, please read and sign the online settlement agreement before you can enter the subsequent settlement process.
② Read the settlement help
③ Submit supplier information. Submit basic information, financial information and basic qualifications
④ JD’s dedicated personnel will follow up and review. You can log in to the settlement system to check the latest settlement progress. If the review is passed, your settlement has been successful.
