本规则适用于入驻京东海外平台(以下简称海外平台)的商家。

1、发货方式

1.1 京东商家国内发货

京东海外平台不限制商家的物流方式,鼓励商家自主选择发货方式和承运商,商家可以选择全部商品从中国发货。

1.2 海外仓发货

如果商家有海外仓,想从海外仓直接发货的话,也可以联系我们工作人员开通海外仓发货的功能,直接从商家自己的海外仓发货即可。

2、发货规范

2.1 卖家发货所选用的物流方式必须是买家所选择的物流方式,未经买家同意,不得无故更改物流方式。

2.2卖家填写发货通知时,所填写的运单号必须真实并可查询。

3、发货及揽收时效要求

(1) 发货期限

商家需要在顾客下单后的7天之内发货,超过7天未发货会被客服追踪为不按时发货的订单,影响店铺和商家的评分;同时,下单后超过24小时未发货,我们的系统将会自动为商家发送短信提醒功能,短信将会在每天上午10点发出,请各位商家及时安排发货。

(2) 妥投规定

海外平台对发货订单实施全程追踪,订单到达指定区域即为妥投。

3.1 发货:交易达成(指在线付款的订单消费者成功付款后,)商家7天内发货并应将消费者商品订单发货的快递运单号上传至京东系统并点击发货(以京东系统内记录的出库时间为准);特殊商品商家在商品页面承诺的发货时间与以上不同的,或与消费者有特殊约定的,适用其承诺或约定;

3. 2 承诺时效:进行承诺时效设置的,商家应在设置时效内完成对相应消费者订单的发货及揽件;

3.2.1商家可通过设置承诺配送时效,在商详页、结算页和订单跟踪页更精准的展示商家发货及配送时效,从而增强店铺潜在转化率及消费者体验的提升;

3.2.2海外平台官方发起的促销活动及特定节假日以开放平台通知或公告的发货时间为准。

1. Shipping method

1.1 Domestic shipping by JD Merchants

JD Overseas Platform does not restrict the logistics methods of merchants, and encourages merchants to choose their own shipping methods and carriers. Merchants can choose to ship all goods from China.

1.2 Shipping from overseas warehouses

If the merchant has an overseas warehouse and wants to ship directly from the overseas warehouse, you can also contact our staff to open the overseas warehouse shipping function and ship directly from the merchant’s own overseas warehouse.

2. Shipping specifications

2.1 The logistics method selected by the seller for shipping must be the logistics method selected by the buyer, and the logistics method shall not be changed without the buyer’s consent.

2.2 When the seller fills in the shipping notice, the waybill number filled in must be true and searchable.

3. Delivery and collection time requirements

Delivery time

(1) Delivery deadline

Merchants are required to deliver the goods within 7 days after the customer places an order. If the goods are not delivered within 7 days, the customer service will track it as an order that is not delivered on time, which will affect the store and merchant ratings. At the same time, if the goods are not delivered within 24 hours after the order is placed, our system will automatically send a text message reminder to the merchant. The text message will be sent at 10 am every day. Merchants are requested to arrange delivery in time.

(2) Delivery regulations

Overseas platforms implement full tracking of delivery orders. Orders are considered delivered when they arrive at the designated area.

3.1 Delivery: After the transaction is completed (referring to the online payment order after the consumer successfully pays), the merchant shall deliver the goods within 7 days and upload the express waybill number of the consumer's product order to the JD system and click to deliver (the delivery time recorded in the JD system shall prevail); for special products, if the delivery time promised by the merchant on the product page is different from the above, or there is a special agreement with the consumer, the promise or agreement shall apply;

3. 2 Commitment time limit: If a commitment time limit is set, the merchant shall complete the delivery and collection of the corresponding consumer order within the set time limit;

3.2.1 Merchants can set a committed delivery time limit to more accurately display the merchant's delivery and delivery time limit on the business details page, settlement page and order tracking page, thereby enhancing the store's potential conversion rate and consumer experience;

3.2.2 Promotional activities officially initiated by overseas platforms and specific holidays shall be based on the delivery time notified or announced by the open platform.
