试用期工资不会很高,转正以后看你什么职位,而且工资都是和人事的谈,看你本事了,你有本事可能你的工资就比别人要高,但是肯定在试用以后才有这个资格,刚毕业也不会太多,一般的部门3000-5000/月,技术部门可能高一点,但是第一年不会超过8000/月,除非你是特殊引进人才,或者你带着项目进去的,那个另当别论!
