1、配合并完成主管交付的日常物流管理工作;
2、配送管理:管理和优化承运商,降低整体运输成本,统筹安排日常配送任务,提高故障处理和恢复能力,确保及时供货;
3、仓储管理:负责物料的接收、保管和发放,保证帐、物、卡相符及各种报表的及时准确性;监控库存及仓储成本,确保物料安全,提高周转率;
4、现场作业管理:组织安排物料的搬运、装卸和包装等现场作业任务,监督、规范业务操作流程,确保产品和服务质量;
5、物流信息系统优化:设计和优化物控管理流程,协助建立高效的物流信息管理系统,确保作业精确度;
6、物流设备管理:制定和监督执行物流设备计划,监督指导车辆等设备的使用、安置和维护;
7、报表管理:负责按时编制各类相关物流管理报表,及时向上级回报。
1. Cooperate with and complete the daily logistics management work delivered by the supervisor;
2. Distribution management: manage and optimize carriers, reduce overall transportation costs, coordinate daily distribution tasks, improve fault handling and recovery capabilities, and ensure timely delivery;
3. Warehousing management: responsible for the reception, storage and issuance of materials, ensuring the consistency of accounts, materials and cards and the timeliness and accuracy of various reports; monitor inventory and storage costs, ensure material safety, and improve turnover;
4. On-site operation management: organize and arrange on-site operation tasks such as material handling, loading and unloading, and packaging, supervise and standardize business operation processes, and ensure product and service quality;
5. Logistics information system optimization: design and optimize material control management processes, assist in establishing an efficient logistics information management system, and ensure operational accuracy;
6. Logistics equipment management: formulate and supervise the implementation of logistics equipment plans, supervise and guide the use, placement and maintenance of vehicles and other equipment;
7. Report management: responsible for the timely preparation of various relevant logistics management reports and timely reporting to superiors.
