怎么开始呢,这是一家物流公司,严格来说暂时和大家已知的京东存在各种关系,似即似离;然而来这里看你要做什么了,目前一般人去的,就是正经的职能部门,比如开放业务部,仓储管理部,还有就是运营部门。说的很高大上吧,实际上就是以前的销售部,操作部和仓库。
开放业务部负责前端销售,就是把京东物流的物流和仓储配送业务卖出去给客户,仓储管理就负责销售拉回客户后的对接工作,仓库就负责接货,入库,有订单了就拣货出库。
目前整体而言,京东物流应该算个劳动密集型的公司,因为他们林林总总的系统大概就那么几十个,全是自己开发的;然而闭门造车的劣势就在这里体现了,总体一句话形容,就是系统不够,人力来凑;天天各种报表各种PPT各种指标各种KPI,基本加班的人都是在干这个;
对了说到加班也是个奇葩,领导拍板制,就是加班要提前申请领导同意,不然不算,而且至少要你的领导和他的领导都同意才可以。然而实际算下来,在这里工作一年有两年的工作经验是因为加班加的绝壁不是调侃。
还有个很搞笑的事情,京东物流不是劳动密集型么,需要大量的人手,尤其618双11这样大促销,然而他们有个指标叫做人效,意思就是字面的。因此平时不忙的话,会砍掉很多人,然而忙的时候临时去招聘时来不及的因为京东的工作时间平时大约12小时大促基本18小时以上甚至通宵都有;所以这个时候就全民动员了,不是加薪去外面招而是全公司的人除了留守的基本都上仓库前线支援了;
京东有个文化叫做奉献精神,大概意思就是员工 要不求回报的付出吧,只要干不死就往死里干那种;反过来你再看看吧,说穿了就是公司一味索取没有对员工回报那种。所以京东物流的离职率一直在3成甚至更多。
