京东商城总部在北京,库房有北京、上海、广州、沈阳,西安,武汉,成都七大库存物流中心。根据3月2日京东发布的2017年财年业绩报告显示,截至2017年12月31日,京东在全国运营486个大型仓库,总面积约1000万平方米。京东物流运营的大型仓库从2016年底的256个增加到2017年底的486个,总面积从560万平方米增加到1000万平方米,其中,亚洲范围内建筑规模最大、自动化程度最高的现代化物流中心“亚洲一号”在2017年双十一期间扩展到11座。
在海外布局上,在印尼市场,京东已经在4个城市设立仓库,配送服务已经覆盖7大岛屿、483个城市和6500个区县,商品品类涵盖3C、家电、时尚、奢侈品等19个品类、127个子品类;在泰国,京东集团与泰国最大的零售企业尚泰集团在泰国成立合资公司,向当地提供电商服务和金融科技服务,并面向泰国和整个东南亚推出一个全新的线上零售平台;京东集团还联合VNG公司共同投资了越南电商平台Tiki,成为Tiki的大股东之一;加之在美国、俄罗斯、英国以及澳大利亚等国家的业务拓展,京东初步构建了跨境电商和跨境物流体系,已有上千家中国企业与京东签署了“出海”意向书,将通过京东“售全球”业务的推动走向全球市场

In Thailand, JD.com Group and Central Group, the largest retail company in Thailand, have established a joint venture in Thailand to provide e-commerce services and financial technology services to the local area, and launched a new online retail platform for Thailand and the entire Southeast Asia. JD.com Group also jointly invested in the Vietnamese e-commerce platform Tiki with VNG Company and became one of Tiki's major shareholders. In addition to the business expansion in the United States, Russia, the United Kingdom, Australia and other countries, JD.com has initially built a cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics system.
