客户得给你评价满意啊,你得要满意度啊,满意度关系到工资啊!于是这么多事你处理不过来,义务加班吧!一天加班一个小时家常便饭,新手不熟练的话每天加班2小时处理单子很正常。

除非你非常牛逼,可以一个人同时跟几十个单子不会乱。ps,这种加班木有加班费哦 最可气的是经常遇到一些傻逼客户,提无理要求的,一般15个电话就能遇到一个,这一个人就可能在电话里和你胡搅蛮缠半个小时,具体的就不说了。

综合来说,哪怕你量非常高,天天100个电话,满意度什么的也很漂亮,在所有客服里都是首屈一指的牛逼,你拿到手的工资(扣完社保),3000出个头吧。
