JD.com warehouses are mainly divided into two types: one is self-operated warehouses, all the goods in them belong to JD Logistics; the other is third-party warehouses, which mostly contain some relatively expensive goods, such as milk powder, health products, etc. The goods in this warehouse belong to the merchants, not JD Logistics. JD.com warehouses are only responsible for helping operations.

Most of JD.com warehouses are self-operated warehouses, and JD Logistics has the right to dispose of all the goods in them. It can be said that JD Logistics has the final say and can dispose of them however it wants without the consent of the merchants.
