3. 发货要求
①发货:每日6点至16点产生的订单,卖家应于订单产生后6小时内发货,16点至次日6点产生的订单,卖家应于订单产生后18小时内发货,卖家发货后应上传发货运单号。本条发货是指卖家将订单商品交付配送公司的行为;
② 配送:订单产生(即客户完成支付)后五日(120小时)以内,卖家应将订单商品配送至客户(以客户签收为准);
③双方交易达成后如买家投诉卖家延迟发货成立,卖家须向买家支付该商品实际成交金额的30%作为违约金(最高不超过500元)
④卖家第一次发生未按时发货或配送迟延的,京东商城有权要求卖家按照人民币5000元/次的标准支付违约金;第二次发生的,按照人民币10000元/次的标准承担违约金;第三次发生的,京东商城有权将卖家店铺所有商品下架停止销售,并终止与卖家的合作。

3. Shipping requirements
①Shipping: For orders generated between 6:00 and 16:00 daily, the seller shall ship the goods within 6 hours after the order is generated. For orders generated between 16:00 and 6:00 the next day, the seller shall ship the goods within 18 hours after the order is generated. The seller shall upload the shipping order number after shipping. Delivery in this article refers to the seller's delivery of the ordered goods to the delivery company;
② Delivery: within five days (120 hours) after the order is generated (that is, the customer completes the payment), the seller shall deliver the ordered goods to the customer (subject to the customer's signature);
③ After the transaction between the two parties is reached, if the buyer's complaint about the seller's delayed delivery is established, the seller must pay the buyer 30% of the actual transaction amount of the product as liquidated damages (not exceeding 500 yuan)
④ If the seller fails to deliver on time or delays delivery for the first time, JD.com has the right to require the seller to pay a liquidated damages of RMB 5,000 per time; if it happens for the second time, the seller shall pay a liquidated damages of RMB 10,000 per time; if it happens for the third time, JD.com has the right to remove all the goods from the seller's store and stop selling them, and terminate its cooperation with the seller.
