2. Seller information submission

1. Submit company business information Submit basic information about the company's current business status, including basic company information, business scale, relevant contacts and other information.

2. Submit pre-operation information for settlement Submit the store name, business category, business brand and other information that the settlement company hopes to operate on JD.com.

3. Submit company qualification information Submit the company's complete company qualifications and electronic version of qualifications, including company business license information, organization code certificate, and general taxpayer certificate (all must be stamped with the company's official seal and ensure clear pictures).

4. Submit company financial and tax information Submit the company's financial and tax qualifications and electronic version of qualifications, including the bank account opening license and tax registration certificate (all must be stamped with the company's official seal and ensure clear pictures).

5. Upload product qualifications Submit the qualifications and electronic version corresponding to the brand operated by the company, including brand qualifications and product qualifications corresponding to the brand (both need to be stamped with the company's official seal and ensure that the pictures are clear).

6. Submit information and wait for qualification review Submit the above submitted information and wait for the review result of JD.com. After the review is passed, it will be prompted in the system. Please log in to the system to check in time.

III. Contract signing

1. Confirm the contract information After the company information is reviewed and approved, the investment promotion staff will contact you to confirm the details of the cooperation. The key information of the cooperation (including deposit, platform usage fee, category deduction, etc.) will be fed back to the entry system and wait for the seller to confirm. If the information is confirmed to be correct, the investment promotion staff will send the contract documents.

2. Send back the contract/qualifications After the seller receives the contract documents, confirm the contract details and sign and seal them. At the same time, send back all kinds of paper qualification documents required by JD.com according to the system prompts (all need to be stamped with the company's official seal and ensure that the content is clear and legible). After receiving the information sent back by the seller, the JD.com staff will review it as soon as possible. After the review is passed, you can enter the payment link.

Four. Seller payment

1. Seller paymentThe seller pays the fee according to the system prompts.

2. Upload the payment receiptAfter the seller completes the payment, upload the corresponding electronic version of the payment receipt so that JD staff can make financial confirmation.

Five. Store opening

1. JD confirms that the payment is correctJD staff will make financial confirmation based on the electronic version of the payment receipt uploaded by the seller.

2. Store openingAfter the payment is confirmed to be correct, JD staff will open the seller's store and send the contract back to the seller for retention.

3. Seller logs in to the storeAfter opening the store, the seller can log in to the system and enter the seller's backend to perform related operations.
