1. The registered capital of the company that wants to enter JD.com's self-operated stores must be at least RMB 1 million.

2. The company has been established for at least two years.

3. The company needs to provide a copy of the general taxpayer qualification certificate of the general taxpayer of the company (required to issue a 17% VAT invoice).

4. The store needs to sell a complete authorization link for the goods.

5. The company needs a valid trademark registration certificate, a valid quality inspection report (special inspection seal stamped by the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, if it is a third-party quality inspection agency, it needs CNAS and CMA/CMAF certification), and three certificates in one.

6. All trademark qualifications and other product information for each single product that the store needs to sell.

7. Provide the authorization letter of the brand of the goods sold to authorize the JD.com platform.

3. JD.com self-operated store entry fees

JD.com self-operated stores require a deposit of 30,000 to 150,000 yuan; JD.com self-operated stores do not need to pay platform usage fees;

Except for the commercial electrical appliances category, which is 0.5%, the other rates on the JD.com platform are between 1% and 10%.
