The first step: Waiting for the first order

After the product has completed the price review, picture review and other links, this product means that it can be put on the shelf, but it is generally in the state of "waiting for the first order", that is, "waiting for the first stocking to be completed". At this time, the merchant can prepare and ship the goods.

The second step: packing and shipping

The packaging and shipping link is actually quite troublesome. There are several details to pay attention to:

1. Strictly check the quality of each product, because if an SKC is sent over and any of the goods has quality problems, it may cause all the goods of this SKC to be returned, resulting in return losses and affecting the warehousing time.

2. Packaged products need to have independent packaging, and the outer packaging of the same SKC or SKU needs to be consistent, otherwise they may also be returned.

3. When packing goods, you need to affix the product name code and barcode. This is a more delicate job. If there are many SKCs and SKUs, don't make mistakes. If you affix the wrong barcode, it will be returned and even fined. And if the original product comes with a barcode, FDA certification, website and address information, they all need to be processed and cannot appear.

4. The applied shipment quantity and the actual shipment quantity, including SKU, must all correspond one by one. If there is a discrepancy, there may be a fine.

5. There should be several Temu warehouses. The packaging should be carried out according to the warehouse assigned when the order is placed. Don't mix them together.

6. For the same SKC, different SKUs should also be physically isolated to facilitate warehouse sorting and warehousing.

7. When assembling, if there are multiple SKUs in a box, then a delivery note needs to be affixed to each SKU, and no delivery note is needed on the outside of the box; if there is only one SKU in a box, then the delivery note can be directly affixed to the outside of the box.

In fact, there are many things to pay attention to in the packaging and delivery process. I will share them with you one by one when I think of more.

Step 3: Express collection

After packaging, wait for SF Express or ZTO Express to pick up the goods, and then the courier will send the goods to Temu's warehouse.

At this point, the merchant's delivery is completed. Of course, the merchant can also enter the Temu background to check the warehousing status later.
