亚马逊:网络平台+供应链+仓储;
淘宝:网络平台。
相对应的,亚马逊就相当于现实生活中的大型超市,只能是商家入驻,也就是B2C,而淘宝是大型集市,在集市里,大多数是个体对个体交易,也就是C2C。
二、目标客户不同
亚马逊:个性化服务,属于中高端市场;
淘宝:大众化服务、是中低端市场。
三、盈利模式不同
亚马逊:压低供应链和仓储成本,赚取低额利润;
淘宝:广告展示,广告搜索,增值服务等。
总结来说,亚马逊和淘宝的区别也就是B2C和C2C的区别,个人觉得C2C在中国有巨大的发展空间(基于目前中国的基本国情判断),所以天猫、京东、苏宁、唯品会等在短时间内崛起。
