卖家操作发货后,无法再修改买家手机号。在交易状态为"买家已经付款"时,若买家表示手机号需要更改,卖家可以在发货前进行修改。有以下两种方法:
方法一:
1、卖家登录到【卖家中心】-【已卖出的宝贝】-【等待发货】中,找到需要修改的订单,点击"详情":
2、点击"修改收货地址":
3、按页面要求填写相关收件人信息,点击"确定"即可。手机号修改成功,卖家可以在"收货和物流信息"中查询确认新的手机号。
方法二:
1、卖家登录到【物流管理】-【发货】-【等待发货的订单】在具体的订单后点击"发货":
2、点击"修改收货信息",填写新的手机号后,点击"确认"即可。
