Issues to pay attention to when starting a business:

The first point: know yourself.

1. What is your existing experience and ability?

2. How big a plate (investment amount) can you handle with your experience and ability?

3. What is the highest risk cost you can bear?

4. What makes you do this (this business) well? Do you have this ability or do you have a few buddies with similar abilities and complementary personalities? Or do you only have connections that make you successful? (To be continued)

The second point: About project selection

1. Choose a project based on your own advantages, resources, environment, strength and other conditions.

2. The right time, right place and right people - go with the flow! Industrial fields that are in line with national policies and industry development trends can be analyzed and decided based on personal circumstances.

3. Think big and start small - don't be greedy for big things! Creating profits is the only criterion for measuring a project!

4. The criteria for a good project are: light assets, large demand, platform, and cash flow.
