第一步:注重单品精细化运营,仔细打磨单品,把它打造成爆款,热卖。精细化运营产品它上新量比较少,如果说铺货情况下要上新几千几万个,精选的话可能几十个,百来个,就可以了。卖家可以给合自身店铺所运营的品类,多去深入挖掘该项品类中竞争相对还较小、热度高、上升潜力较大的产品;
第二步:关注产品大类排名中表现较理想的产品,根据这路径不断去挖掘其细分类目中的新品产品,以及各小类中排名好、上架时间短、销量上升快的产品;对产品进行数据分析,分析后这件产品可能是大多数人喜欢的,而不是我上传一件商品不知道会不会有人买,分析总结出来的产品成为爆款的几率大一些。不是靠大量SKU去漫无目的得吸引客户,铺货模式,100人当中也许有1人喜欢,但是精细化运营要100人当中有50人左右喜欢。
第三步:精细化运营是准备精雕细琢去打造这一件产品,卖家要把合适自身店铺运作的产品挑出来着重分析。分析方式就是把卖家所看中在亚马逊中排名较好的产品,用EXCEL电子表格,对选中的产品在平台相关数据表现做数据统计对比,主要包括产品的上架时间、Reviews数量、未来销量估计、价格、每天排名变化情况等,再从这份自制的EXCEL表格中,优中择优,分析出有一定购买量且竞争热度小的优品。

The analysis method is to use EXCEL spreadsheets to compare the data performance of the selected products on the platform with the products that the sellers are interested in and that rank well on Amazon, mainly including the product's listing time, number of reviews, future sales estimates, prices, daily ranking changes, etc. Then, from this self-made EXCEL spreadsheet, select the best from the best and analyze the excellent products with a certain purchase volume and low competition.
