For self-delivery (seemingly including FBA), you can send an email directly in the backend order section, and the person you contact is the seller. Amazon currently does not have an instant chat tool; and in the help module, you will contact Amazon customer service. For normal issues, you will get a response from both of them. Sellers of FBA products will ask you to contact Amazon’s official customer service
