这个是免运费就是卖家承担，不免运费就是买家承担。
买家承担的运费是固定的，即店配60(台币)，宅配70(台币)，而超重的部分，运费是卖家承担的，即15(台币)首重+续重。

If the shipping is free, the seller will bear the cost. If the shipping is not free, the buyer will bear the cost.
The shipping cost borne by the buyer is fixed, i.e. 60 (NTD) for store delivery and 70 (NTD) for home delivery. For the overweight part, the shipping cost is borne by the seller, i.e. 15 (NTD) for the first weight + the additional weight.
