1、卖家不同意退货/退款的,买卖双方通过协商达成一致意见
如Shopee商家不同意退换货,商家可通过平台的“议价”功能与买家协商。
2、卖家不同意退货/退款,买家和卖家无法达成一致意见
多次沟通无果,可向Shopee平台申请介入处理。
3、商家同意退货/退款,或者商家没有在2天内回复买家,但买家在5天内没有把货物退回。
如Shopee商家未在2日内回复,系统默认卖家同意退货/退款。
若商家同意退货/退款,则平台会向买家发送退货地址,买家收到退货地址后5日内将货物退回,并提供物流单作为凭证;当商家确认收到了商品,这时就可以同意买家的退款,点击退款做处理。
4、卖家同意退货/退款,或者卖家在两天内没有回复,而买家在五天内把货物寄回。
需要Shopee卖家确认产品是否正确,没有任何问题以后,同意退款同意书,将产品退回买家。若商家发现买家购买的产品有误,可向Shopee平台投诉,由Shopee平台介入调查处理。
买家如提出退货申请,卖家有9天时间与买家协商沟通解决方案。在有明确沟通结果之前(同意/不同意退货),请不要点选“拒绝退货申请”。
如果协商未果,请卖家再点选“拒绝”并附上拒绝原因,CS团队会酌情判决争议。
虾皮卖家在有买家提出退款的时候,需分情况谨慎处理,如果最后同意退款,所有的操作也要在虾皮网站上操作,这样才能守虾皮的保护,以免不必要的损失。

After multiple communications, you can apply to the Shopee platform for intervention.
3. The merchant agrees to return/refund, or the merchant does not reply to the buyer within 2 days, but the buyer does not return the goods within 5 days.
If the Shopee merchant does not reply within 2 days, the system assumes that the seller agrees to return/refund.
If the merchant agrees to return/refund, the platform will send the return address to the buyer. The buyer will return the goods within 5 days after receiving the return address and provide the logistics order as a voucher; when the merchant confirms that it has received the goods, it can agree to the buyer's refund and click Refund to process.
4. The seller agrees to return/refund, or the seller does not respond within two days, and the buyer sends the goods back within five days.
The Shopee seller needs to confirm whether the product is correct and there is no problem, agree to the refund agreement, and return the product to the buyer. If the merchant finds that the product purchased by the buyer is wrong, he can complain to the Shopee platform, and the Shopee platform will intervene to investigate and handle it.
If the buyer applies for a return, the seller has 9 days to negotiate and communicate with the buyer to find a solution. Before there is a clear communication result (agree/disagree to return), please do not click "Reject Return Application".
If the negotiation fails, please click "Reject" again and attach the reason for the refusal. The CS team will decide the dispute at its discretion.
When a buyer requests a refund, the Shopee seller must handle it carefully according to the situation. If the refund is finally agreed, all operations must be performed on the Shopee website to protect Shopee and avoid unnecessary losses.
