Apply for a deposit refund on the Shopee platform. Once the application is approved, the deposit will be returned to the original account or designated account within thirty working days.

There is currently no fee for joining Shopee. There is no entry fee, annual fee or deposit. New sellers will be exempt from commissions for the first three months after opening a store. After three months, a commission of 5-6% will be charged. The commission will float based on your Shopee store's monthly transaction flow. The transaction amount within 500,000 US dollars is a 6% commission.
