Shopify是支持个人及企业卖家入驻的,同时还需要准备一个二级域名,不需要有电商经验要求,即可申请开店;而Shopee的话,需要卖家有营业执照才能入驻,个体户和企业营业执照都可以;还需要卖家有淘宝、天猫等内贸或者是亚马逊等外贸经营经验,且提供第三方店铺流水。
2、运营模式不同
Shopify因为是卖家自己建立一个网站运营的,所以运营模式的选择也比较灵活,可以是官方旗舰店、批发网站、铺货等,是没有特别的要求的;Shopee主要是一个B2C的模式,而且现在主要发展移动端,目前跟早期的淘宝比较像,比较适合中小卖家入驻开店。
3、发货方式不同
Shopify卖家发货,可以通过自发货、海外仓或者是Shopify Shipping发货,选择比较灵活,而且没有发货时效限制;Shopee的话,卖家是需要通过官方物流SLS或者是与Shopee合作的物流才能发货,而且要求要48小时内有物流信息更新,否则会被认为是虚假发货的。
4、开店费用不同
Shopify开店,卖家是需要购买一个店铺计划才可以运营店铺的,否则14天免费试用期过后,不能继续运营,同时还有店铺模板费、app费用等;Shopee的话,主要就是需要订单成交佣金,新卖家前三个月免佣金之后会收取4%-6%的佣金,以及2%的交易手续费。

Shopify开店,大部分卖家都是为了更好建立自己品牌的,卖家推广主要是通过FB、Twi、Ins等平台去推广引流的,覆盖面是很广的;Shopee的话,最主要还是通过站内广告投放去获得更多的曝光,目前站外推广方向也比较少,引流这一块,Shopee是要比Shopify要简单一些的。

For Shopee, sellers need to ship goods through official logistics SLS or logistics that cooperates with Shopee, and the logistics information must be updated within 48 hours, otherwise it will be considered a false delivery.
4. Different store opening fees
To open a Shopify store, sellers need to purchase a store plan before they can operate the store, otherwise they cannot continue to operate after the 14-day free trial period. There are also store template fees, app fees, etc.; for Shopee, the main thing is the order transaction commission. After the new seller is commission-free for the first three months, a commission of 4%-6% and a transaction fee of 2% will be charged.
5. Different directions
Most of the sellers who open a Shopify store do so to better build their own brands. The sellers mainly promote and attract traffic through platforms such as FB, Twi, and Ins, which have a wide coverage. For Shopee, the main way to get more exposure is through on-site advertising. Currently, there are relatively few off-site promotion directions. In terms of traffic, Shopee is simpler than Shopify.
Shopee is mainly aimed at Southeast Asia. Tencent is a major shareholder of the cross-border e-commerce platform, which is aimed at Southeast Asian people. Shopify is a self-built site, and then sells the things you want to publish on it.
