The ECCO three guarantees include 1. Return: Within 7 days from the date of purchase (i.e. the date of purchase indicated on the sales receipt), if the customer has not worn the product due to improper selection, the new shoes do not match, the size is not the same, or the shoes do not fit the feet, they can be returned or exchanged.

2. Exchange: During the three-guarantee period, any of the following problems will be exchanged:

(1) If the sole, top, heel, or upper are broken during normal use, they can be returned or exchanged.

(2) If the same part cannot be used normally after two repairs under normal use, it can be returned or exchanged with the repair record and certificate.

3. Repair: During the three-guarantee period, if the glue is peeling, the thread is untied, the thread is broken, or the heel falls off under normal use, it can be repaired free of charge with the sales receipt.
