Shopee can apply for two stores at the same time, and can configure multiple stores. You can easily open multiple stores - click on the customer service reply to enter the main interface of the software. Configure the Shopee store.

You can see the customer's information. The red dots displayed on the customer service interface are unread messages, and unread messages need to be replied. The customer service list on the left side of the interface will show how many messages are waiting to be replied.

If you have difficulty communicating in English on some foreign sites, you can click the Chinese-English translation button, a page will pop up, enter the reply you want to send, translate it, copy and paste it into the software reply box to reply.
