The master account is the administrator who controls all member accounts. The master account administrator can create, preview and edit any user's member account.

The member account is an account created by the master account. The member account on the sub-account platform can only use the functions shared and set by the master account.

How to register an account

After you submit your application for entry, Shopee will ask you to register a master account (parent account). The main reasons are:

1) It is convenient for you to manage multiple stores on different sites in a unified manner.

2) Set different access rights for your team members and configure the use rights of each store.

3) Set the wallet password of all stores through the master account before you can go to the store to bind the payment account.
