回复设置流程:
设置路径:消息中心->买家消息->回复设置->自动回复模块。
然后点击右侧的开启按钮,在对话框中设置店铺的欢迎语;在输入框内输入内容,点击保存。
关键词问题设置操作:
勾选“添加关键词按钮”,然后点击“添加”按钮
之后会有一个弹窗,在“关联内容”中输入关键词或短语,可以输入300个字符,或者图片、店铺优惠券这三种类型的内容。
单一关键词回复仅支持一种类型,支持添加3-9个关键词,之后可在右上角看到相应整体自动回复预览状态,点击最下方保存按钮,即可上线自动回复。
建议大家可以设置一些如能否下单、能否发货、催发货、催物流、如何取消订单等买家比较关注的问题进行自动回复,这样是能大大提升自动回复的效果的。
