Shopee's heavy cargo channel is a branch of Shopee's Support Logistics (SLS). Goods still need to be shipped to Shopee's transshipment warehouse and transported by air.

It is suitable for the transportation of medium and large packages of 0.5kg-25kg.

The heavy cargo channel is only applicable to some categories. The heavy cargo channel is currently only available in four stations:

Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.

The heavy cargo channel is currently only open to limited categories.

All the products in the seller's store are in the designated category, and apply for the heavy cargo channel.

Once the heavy cargo channel is applied, the freight for the entire store will be calculated according to the heavy cargo freight.
