亚马逊销售职责:
1. 独立操作亚马逊电子商务平台产品的发布,营销及订单管理;
2. 负责Amazon账号操作,包括优化图片、标题、关键字、上传产品,及时更新产品信息及各种平台促销管理;
3. 负责Amazon销售市场调查及分析,制定销售策略,达成Amazon销售业绩;
4. 控制产品风险,拟定合理的产品上架计划,将产品发布到Amazon全球各站点, 对平台运营销售规则熟悉,关注产品销售,排名,库存情况,及时做出相应的调整,扩大交易量。
5. 完善店铺各项政策与制度,保持店铺的好评率和良好的信用度,制作销售明细报表,进行销售分析。
6. 负责Amazon电子商务网上的售后服务,保持店铺的好评率和良好的信用度;
7. 及时跟踪订单信息,处理客户投诉,对客户的退换货进行妥善处理;
8. 定期统计销售数据,库存数据等进行分析,并及时调整销售策略。
9. 收集竞争对手资料,分析竞争对手以更好占领市场更多份额。
10.研究和尝试平台各种营销手段以提高产品的排名和成交率。
11.完成上级交待的任务与其他工作。
Amazon sales responsibilities:
