二是外包给可以做door to door服务的物流公司。 他们搞定一切进出口。直接把货送到你美国仓库。现在做门到门服务的物流公司也非常多, 不懂进出口流程的直接找他们搞定,非常方便。
三是快递,通过DHL,Fedex,UPS, 顺风,等等快递公司。费用略高就是。
如果是考虑到销售渠道, 那根据不同销售渠道匹配不同的物流, 就更明智了。一,销售渠道是线下店, 货物不多情况下,那选择第二种, 最方便。 二,销售渠道是亚马逊和ebay等平台, 可以选择海外仓,或者销售之后直接中国快递发货。
三,销售渠道如果是批发, 日后走货量比较大, 那选择第一种无法是最具成本优势的方案。自己做进出口,自己盯物流, 走海运, 成本最低。
四,销售渠道如果是小众的时尚类人群, 走自媒体营销, 那么先销售再生产,直接中国快递发货给消费者。 这样没有库存压力。 适合设计类,多变化的市场,零库存。
