According to Article 7 of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce Order No. 60 "Network Transaction Management Measures": Operators engaged in online commodity transactions and related services shall handle industrial and commercial registration in accordance with the law. Individual industrial and commercial households, sole proprietorships, partnerships, limited companies, etc. should have corresponding corporate domiciles.
