2. Ma Huateng, Han nationality, born on October 29, 1971 in Dongfang City, Hainan Province, Guangdong Province, currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tencent, Vice Chairman of the All-China Youth Federation, and National People's Congress Representative, Forbes ranked 15th, US$65.8 billion.
