1.我们的店铺评分和聊聊的回复率:这两项的内容买家能够直接的在我们的店铺中看到,所以我们在聊聊的时候的重视每一个客户,做到客户至上,回复率最好在90%以上。

2.延迟发货和订单未完成率对店铺的影响比较大,如果我们遇到这样的情况,就需要我们注意改进,加快我们发货的速度,及时的更新库存,提高我们的店铺评分。
