已经生成的订单处理办法如下:
1.卖家还未发出的受影响地区的订单
Shopee平台将统一取消这些订单,并且统一豁免取消订单导致的未完成订单率罚分。
2.卖家已经发出,且未到Shopee转运仓的订单
未到Shopee转运仓的受影响地区订单包裹将被仓库拦截,被拦截的包裹将退给您。Shopee平台将统一取消这些订单,并且统一豁免取消订单导致的未完成订单率罚分。
3.卖家已经发出,且已经到Shopee转运仓的订单
已经到Shopee转运仓的订单包裹,将正常运送至菲律宾当地。当地物流将尝试派送或要求买家至当地提货点自提。若派送/自提失败后,包裹将按照物流手册中的国际退货流程处理。派送失败的包裹不会计入未完成订单率罚分。

3. Orders that the seller has already sent and have arrived at the Shopee transshipment warehouse
Order packages that have arrived at the Shopee transshipment warehouse will be delivered to the Philippines normally. Local logistics will try to deliver or require buyers to pick up the packages at the local pickup point. If the delivery/pickup fails, the package will be handled according to the international return process in the logistics manual. The unsuccessful delivery of the package will not be counted in the uncompleted order rate penalty points.
